Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account on the btv68 platform. Multiple accounts created by the same person (whether under the same name or different names) are strictly prohibited. We employ advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and all such accounts will be closed with funds forfeited.

btv68 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, Bank Danamon, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). We also support e-wallet deposits through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 IDR. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 IDR. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes during Indonesian business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB). Off-peak withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 IDR may require additional verification including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. btv68 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the legitimacy of transactions.
btv68 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted (a 1x rollover requirement). Suspicious deposit and immediate withdrawal patterns may trigger manual review and delayed processing. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
All deposits and withdrawals must originate from and return to financial accounts held in your own legal name. Using payment methods belonging to third parties (including family members, friends, or business associates) is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, typically ranging from 5x to 40x the bonus amount. This means you must place bets totaling the wagering requirement amount before you can withdraw winnings derived from the bonus. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and sports betting contributions depend on odds (minimum odds requirements apply).
While a bonus is active and wagering requirements are incomplete, there is a maximum bet limit of Rp 50,000 IDR per bet or spin. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.
btv68 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse or advantage play. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting with other players, exploiting software bugs or errors, or any other activity deemed to be in bad faith. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and at the sole discretion of btv68 management.
All bonuses have a validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from activation. If wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Validity periods are clearly stated in each promotion's terms and conditions.
All sports bets are subject to the official result of the respective sporting event as determined by the governing body of that sport. Bets placed after an event has started will be voided unless specifically designated as live in-play betting. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Settlement of ambiguous outcomes is at the sole discretion of btv68.
All casino and slot games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that ensures fair and random outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term values and do not guarantee specific session results. btv68 is not responsible for technical interruptions during gameplay; however, all bet outcomes are logged and can be reviewed via your account history.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btv68 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
Users found engaging in any prohibited activities will have their accounts immediately suspended or permanently closed. All funds in the account (including deposits and winnings) will be forfeited. btv68 reserves the right to report illegal activities to relevant Indonesian law enforcement authorities and cooperate fully with any investigation.
While btv68 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. btv68 is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
The btv68 platform and all services are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in your account (subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures). Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened at your request after a 7-day cooling-off period, unless you have opted for permanent self-exclusion.
btv68 reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily for investigation if we suspect violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any other breach of platform rules. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or process withdrawals. You will be notified of the reason for suspension and the expected resolution timeline.
btv68 may permanently terminate your account without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, provided false information during registration, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of our platform. Upon permanent termination, all funds in the account may be forfeited.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. Inactive accounts with a balance will incur a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 IDR or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. You will be notified via email before any inactive account fees are applied.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gambling operators serving the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the btv68 platform shall be resolved according to the dispute resolution procedures outlined herein.
